Policies
Booking and deposit
When you book, a deposit of half of the balance is required. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the day of the meet up. NO CASH payments are accepted.
cancellations
If you cancel 30 days in advance or more, a full refund will be given. Cancellations 15 - 30 days out you will receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 15 days out will not receive a refund if client chooses to cancel.
Late/no show
If you are running late, you are still responsible for paying for the full time allotted. Anything past 15 minutes will be charged for another hour.
Fees
You are responsible for your own fees. This includes any food, souvenirs, resort parking, or special ticketed events. You are not required to buy your nanny food, but it would be appreciated if the booking lasts longer than 6 hours.
Theme park reservations
In the unlikely event that I am unable to book a reservation for the day, a full refund will be issued.
Holidays
An upcharge of $15/hr will be added per hour for booking on all major holidays (New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve / Day, New Year's Eve, Easter, Martin Luther King Day).
Sickness
If your child is Sick (contagious, fever over 99.8, or continuously vomiting) my services will need to be canceled. If your child develops a sickness while during the booking I have the right to cancel my services for the day. You will not receive a refund if you have to cancel due to illness, as I reserved my time for your family and cannot book another in your place.
